Europe is our homefor which we share responsibility. In prosperity and adversity, in security and in the face of all modern threats. For too long, we have enjoyed the benefits of European integration while pretending that Europe doesn't concern us, that we can handle everything on our own, or that foreign bureaucracy is to blame for our problems.
Europe is a good place to live. It is no coincidence that the ideas of freedom and democracy have been forged and championed for centuries here in Europe through bloody struggles—ideas which, despite all their shortcomings, are the only ones that allow individuals to reach their full potential. We are free to debate, do business, help others, create, pursue our own happiness, and worship according to our own convictions.
Europe is us. The cultural heritage of the past and the way of life we enjoy today did not form in isolation from other peoples. At the same time, it didn't just grow on a tree, nor did we dig it out of the ground. It is we who, through our work and our attitudes, co-create the world around us.
Europe needs to be defended. The world is undergoing an epochal transformation. The technological and communications revolution, Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Russia's hostile hybrid actions and provocations against EU states, China's ambitions for global dominance, and the uncertainty of the transatlantic partnership are shaking our existing certainties. Ukraine's resistance to barbaric aggression reminds us that true will and the determination to defend oneself can ultimately prevail against superior forces.
A strong Europe rests on unity among the prepared states of our continent. Strong states are built on the will and determination of individual citizens. We do not want our country to be left on the sidelines of major European events. Foreign control means our subjugation. We will defend Europe—the homeland of our homeland, where we live freely and which we help create—with our combined strength!
Strong Europe unites partnerswho share a determination and will to defend themselves, or an interest in advancing the principles of the rule of law, democracy, and fundamental human rights and freedoms. Strong Europe actively promotes cooperation with these partners in areas such as entrepreneurship, public training, and defense.
Strong Europe studies, analyzes, and raises awareness about the security situation. We prepare specific legislative and expert recommendations based on the experience of our friends and partners from countries facing real aggression.
Strong Europe organizes a system of training courses for the general public, involving Czech and Ukrainian veterans and professionals who possess the best practical experience in how to handle crisis situations.
